Hello there !
Im one of the thousand playing monks around in GW...
As far as my expirience goes in this proffesion i've spotted some things that should be included in the game with a "MUST" priority.
How many times i came across the same thing...i cast a buff, for instance Tainted Flesh, and after some arena fuzz i dont know if that buff is still on the character i've casted it, but the yellow arrow is still up.
I dont know how many hexes and what type of hexes are on the friendly character.
SO...
It would be verry nice if the GW dev team would make some tiny icons showing the exact same picture of the buff/hex displayed in the party window on the lifebars of the team members.

Then Another thing that is quite annoying and that should be updated:
U see...i play with a different config of the keyboard when using skills, not only with numbers, but the lower right corner of each skill in the skillbar shows only numbers. Id like to see there the letters that ive canged in my config. For instance, now, the config system is made such way that it recognizes only numbers, so when i change my key skill equivalent into a letter in the config it doesnt show anything in that lower right corner. Its a really important thing when using and remembering new build formations.
